I was the Designer on the Daily Evasion team. I created several design documents and made changes to presentations.
I alongside the artist Tre'vell Porter created game mechanics and the example scenario that plays out in the final presentation. I was responsible for the placement of the slides throughout the semester. What was on them. As well as what needs to be said on each slide during our presentations. While working on the daily invasion I wrote team facing documentation for the game and kept it update throughout development. I presented this game several times throughout development refining it through feedback. Made numerous prototypes in the game engine and on paper.

Prototyping
Since the gameplay of Daily evasion revolves following an non player controlled character and defending them against obstacles. I wanted to test out how exactly that gameplay would work in Unreal. So, using Unreal Blueprints I made an simple prototype.
I created several 4 trigger boxes that trigger an death event unless the player clicks on the object to destroy it. I focused on making a basic rube goldberg machine. I made a trigger that moves a block that will kill the player unless you left-click on the cone to prevent your death.
